Vanessa did an excellent job in representing my father’s home for sale. From understanding his and my goals for the listing, providing excellent advice regarding preparation for listing. This was a remote listing for me as I am in the west coast so she acted as our agent in reviewing repairs and painting. Finally her analysis of the market was dead on for Montgomery and her pricing guidance. She marketed the house as we planned and provided excellent offer analysis and sale support.

She know the Montgomery market and we are are very pleased to have her as our agent.

My Family and I were amazed by Vanessa Diaz Realtor services. She did above and beyond to sell our NJ home delivering our target price, receiving our first offer within 10 days of the posting.

Her work included a very detailed home evaluation with a lot of market data, assisting with home staged and a commercial 3D video in a couple weeks, advertising in multiple websites and prospecting multiple customers. In addition, Vanessa commission was fair and she was flexible to work with other agents to find a win-win solution.

We were blessed to meet and to work with Vanessa. No doubt your Family cannot look for someone better to work with.

Amazing - I don't now how else to describe, in one word, our experience in working with Vanessa. She is a people-person, professional and trustworthy. As the home buyer, she is honest about the value of a property you are looking into to make sure you are not offering more than it is worth. She is very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of the business. My experience with Vanessa was nothing but 5 star. Within 2 weeks of signing the contract, she found buyer for my NJ house. Because of her experience in the business I received an offer of 10% above asking price. She also helped me with the few bumps I faced in the process of selling. I received only professionalism. She kept me in the loop on every step of the process. I wish she had NY license. I would have give my NY house listing as well. I highly recommend her.

I was referred to Vanessa Diaz by my girIfriend & I am so glad I was. My husband and I had been looking for a home for about a month I did not have an actual realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find a home. Vanessa was the first to really listen to me. Find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for & where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. Vanessa always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when I asked it was within a hour & she was always ready & waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If she did not know the answer, she found it, then & there. Vanessa is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job she felt like a friend after the first showing & certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my home. It took 1 month with numerous showings and Vanessa worked hard for us & never gave up even when I almost did. We are happy to say we are in my our home now, thanks to Vanessa’s efforts & I'm very grateful. I love my new home. I would recommend Vanessa Diaz to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission & move on & will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.Less

Vanessa is an amazing realtor who always puts her clients first and works harder than anyone I know. She has tons of experience and so knowledgeable on the entire process. Vanessa takes the time to educate her clients and is extremely proactive and organized. My husband and I are so thankful for all Vanessa's efforts. She assisted us in buying a home in February 2014 and then in selling that same home 4 years later due to a job relocation out of state. We could not have done it without Vanessa's help and will be forever grateful. We HIGHLY recommend Vanessa! She is by far the best realtor ever!!!!
