Vanessa M. Gunderson, originally from Dunseith, ND, has called Fargo home since 2019. During this time, she has immersed herself in the world of residential real estate, gaining valuable experience on the construction side in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
Before settling in Fargo, Vanessa embarked on her career journey in the legal field. Her career began as a Court Clerk and Paralegal, initially in North Dakota and later in Savannah, GA. In Savannah, she worked for Harris Lowry Manton, a firm specializing in high-profile cases, particularly in the defense of clients facing Catastrophic & Personal Injury cases. The experience in the legal field honed her skills and instilled a deep sense of dedication to her clients.
Vanessa is also a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS. In 2017, she discovered her passion for real estate and embarked on a career shift. Her first real estate role was with Ashwood Fine Homes & Marlin Construction in Savannah, GA. This is where her love for real estate blossomed. Vanessa believes that home is where "peace" begins and understands the diverse motivations that drive clients in their search for a new home. She consistently places her clients' needs as her top priority.
Beyond coordinating real estate transactions, Vanessa's heart belongs to her family. She is a passionate advocate for First Responders and Veterans, actively involved in supporting local Children's Charities, and dedicated to aiding local animal rescues in any way she can. Vanessa is also the owner of Momma Mia' Sweets, a cake business she founded in Savannah, GA, and has now brought to Fargo, ND.
