Vanessa Renee Lugo-Agosto is a U.S. Army veteran turned full-time real estate professional, proudly serving Hope Mills, Fort Bragg, and surrounding North Carolina communities. With over 22 years of military service and extensive leadership experience, she brings discipline, integrity, and mission-focused service to every client interaction.
Vanessa specializes in residential sales, with a focus on PCS relocations, VA home purchases, and strategic home sales. She is a bilingual advocate, fluent in both Spanish and English, making her a trusted resource for a diverse range of clients navigating one of life’s biggest transitions.
Serving as the interim Secretary of the Hope Mills Chamber of Commerce, Vanessa is deeply involved in local business and community development. She is also a passionate public speaker, addressing topics such as women’s issues, veteran and active-duty military advocacy, and leadership development, drawing from her own lived experience and values of service.
Originally from South Florida, Vanessa now calls Hope Mills home with her husband—a fellow 24-year Army veteran—their blended family of six children, one grandchild, and two rescue dogs. She combines military precision with a heart for service, helping clients feel informed, confident, and at home every step of the way.
