My process was not as easy as I wanted it to be. I needed way more time for me to make sure everything was in order to sale my home. And with all the time that it took along with other trials that came along because of the time, Vanessa was patient throughout the whole ordeal! Her recommendations did not steer me wrong! She was professional, easily accessible, and brought a human touch to the experience which made me feel comfortable to have detailed discussions on our plans. With over 20 offers received on the property, Vanessa and her team was well organized and well managed with analyzing the best offer for me! I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Stefanics this past spring when she helped me sell my house. I highly recommend her due to her knowledge of the market, and her patience in answering any questions that I had. Vanessa had a well-organized process, and she did a wonderful job of keeping me informed the entire time.

I interviewed four different realtors before deciding to go with her, and I knew she was the right realtor for me within minutes of our conversation. I appreciated how she was the only one of the four that did not start the conversation with a "fancy and slick" sales pitch about how they have your best interests at heart. Instead, she got right down to business, and demonstrated her integrity with how she responded to my questions.

I also appreciated how she did not try to get my business by overpromising on how much she could sell my house for. It was obviously a hot market in the spring of 2022 with plenty of stories of houses selling for well over asking price. I thought we had an honest and realistic conversation on what to list the house for. At the end of the day, she had a smart selling strategy that generated over 10 offers on the house, and maximized its value.

Prior to working with Vanessa, I worked with one realtor to buy my house, and another to sell my parent's old house. Although they both did a satisfactory job, working with them made me understand that at the end of the day real estate is a very transactional business. Those experiences are also why I am so happy that I found Vanessa as a realtor. I trusted Vanessa's advice during every step of the process, and felt that she had my best interests at heart, which is not something I can say for the other two realtors.

I highly recommend that you take the time to interview Vanessa as a potential realtor. I think you will come to the same realization that I had within minutes of meeting and speaking with her, which is that she is the right realtor for you.
