My friend recommended Vanessa and after my first conversation, I understood why my friend spoke highly of her and knew I would like her. She was very professional and she eased my mind about the fears I had about the home buying process. After our conversation, she referred me to a loan officer and my process began right away.

Relocating from another state, I knew I wanted a home in Maryland, but I wasn’t sure which county I wanted to purchase my home. One weekend we viewed homes in Montgomery County and another weekend we were in Charles County. Vanessa was very patient and encouraged me to find the home that was suitable for my family.

Once I decided where I wanted to purchase, she sent me listings and always informed me that she was available to assist me. Whenever we put in an offer, she was very transparent with me, prompt and ensured it was in best interest.

Vanessa knows and understand the market. She is a great communicator, negotiator, and very proactive.

The home I purchased was listed at 12pm and two hours later, we were able to see the home and put in a offer the same day.

I am can go on and share more stories about the phenomenal experience she provided me. But I end by saying , I am very fortunate to have worked with Vanessa and because of her I was able to accomplished goal of becoming a homeowner.

I wish I could give Vanessa a higher rating because she went beyond her duties of helping me find a house. Vanessa is a VERY PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE realtor she has been there every step of the way even after I purchased my home she still reach out to make sure I have everything need. I highly recommend Vanessa for your quest to buy your dream home. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the home buying experience. I found her to be both professional and congenial. Vanessa understood our needs as a client and provided vital information to make an informed decision. She patiently walked us through every step, at times even putting on her therapist hat to help us manage the stress and anxiety of the buying experience (believe me you will feel it). Vanessa was always available by email and text to answer questions, and she responded quickly.
