I presented Varnell with a realtor’s nightmare. I was living alone in an old house and got too ill to properly maintain it. My preference would have been to sell the house to a developer for cash, but the offers we received came in too low. The last time I sold a house, I moved out and it was spruced up and shown in a state of near perfection, but this house needed too much remodeling and I was barely well enough to pack. Varnell managed to show it as it was in a way that minimized the physical demands on me but allowed potential buyers to appreciate its assets. Because of her patience and persistence, I sold it to happy buyers for more than the developers offered. She did an amazing job and I am deeply grateful.
