From start to finish, Velicia was the absolute best! She was always available. No matter the time of day or night, she was ready and willing to do whatever it took for us to get a house. Very knowledgeable of the process. She got us in contact with a great lender! Even after we closed, she is still available to assist any manner we may ask! Just all around wonderful ! Velicia is an amazing realtor! She is very attentive to all your request weather from day one or on day 60 when you have started to change your mind about some things. She goes the extra mile to make sure she sends you every house on the market that suits your wants, desires and price point. She answers every phone call, text and voice mail and is encouraging through the entire process. Trust when she says she will find you what you want. I began to doubt the process in this crazy market and renewed my apartment lease 5 days before I found my home. I should have listen to her when she says Do NOT RENEW. Please book her as your agent and listen to her! Trust the process because she has your back!!!
