About Veneta

Born and raised in Wilson, Veneta Ford has watched the Wake and Johnston County area blossom into one of the fastest-growing metros in the US.
Now, with more than a decade of real estate experience under her belt, she helps home buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle achieve their real estate dreams.

Veneta has been a real estate broker for 15 years and a HUD property listing specialist for more than 12 years. She specializes in all areas of short sales, foreclosures, and auction properties, having listed, and sold bank-owned properties for 38 banks over her career. Veneta has also developed and facilitated HUD property classes across the state of North Carolina.

She and her husband Bryan Ford have renovated and flipped numerous properties themselves, have managed rental properties, and have begun building new homes in Johnston and Wake counties. Veneta and Bryan both thrive in the building industry. It is truly a dream come true for the Ford family.
After Bryan earned his NC Builder's license, they founded BVA Builders, which will begin building new homes in Johnston County and Wake County this year.

Because of their commitment to their clients and history of success, Veneta and her team have been named among the top real estate agents in the country.

In 2013, 2015, and 2016, the Veneta Ford Group was recognized in "The Thousand," an annual award sponsored by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends that ranks the top real estate professionals in the United States.
In 2016, Veneta was honored locally as the Triangle Business Journal Top Residential Team.
