Venkat helped and guided us a LOT on the Home buying process. He provides good amount of information with his great insight and experience on various aspects involved not just only as a Real Estate Agent but also as a close Family friend. He was readily accomodative in walking us through Open house tours especially considering that we were in a different city and he was showing us through a video call. I should also specifically mention about the contributions by Tarun (Venkat's Son) who by the way is also a budding real estate agent - he helped us with couple of Open House visits and being patient in answering and explaining every detail we should be noticing on a House.

Venkat also was available for calls and was responding to messages promptly to clarify any and all the questions we had all the way being polite and patient even if we ask the same question in many ways :)

He provided right advice considering our financial situation and preferences which helped us greatly to align our expectations. Without his timely help and expert guidance with right suggestions, we wouldnt be in the House where we are now. No wonder he is a much sought after real estate agent in Atlanta.

We have been searching for home since 2020 in the busy East Cobb area and we never really able to close any home even if we like and can afford them because of multiple factors and one main factor is that our previous agent was not able to promptly respond to all the queries and his slow efforts was one of the main reasons that we couldn’t close homes which we really liked , so I ended up meeting thalaivar (as how I call venkat usually ) through another mutual friend of us and the very first home he showed us worked out.

We had the pleasure of working with Venkat for both selling our home in June 2023 and purchasing a new construction home at the same time.
This was our first home selling experience and from day one, Venkat has been very responsive, transparent, polite and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and explained us the home selling process in detail and made sure all of our questions were answered.  He kept us informed from time to time on the current market conditions and arranged quite a few showings with prospective buyers. We received an offer on the same day that we put our house on the market and were able to close the transaction soon after. He helped us negotiate a good price.
He guided us throughout the entire home selling journey and thanks to Venkat it went pretty smoothly.
During the purchase of our new home, Venkat worked with us right from the time we signed the contract and helped us review it by working with the builder's agent. Throughout the entire period of searching for the house, he was honest and patient. My husband and I recently purchased a house through Venkat and we are highly satisfied with Venkat’s knowledge, responsiveness and attitude. He never pushed us into any deal and was very patient. If we were not comfortable putting in the full asking price, he would never push us to quote above what we wanted to (unlike my past experience with another agent). He has always given us his valuable inputs about any house we visited. I also want to appreciate his negotiation skills and Venkat made sure that we got a good deal in the end. Our house could have easily gone in a bidding war but Venkat negotiated such that we got the deal at the asked price without having to go above it. He is trustworthy and very professional.
