Since 1983, she has been involved in some aspect of Real Estate. She has been involved in both new construction and the buying and selling of existing homes. She has lived at several military installations within the U.S. before settling down in Clarksville, TN in 1994. She has been a licensed Real Estate agent since March of 1995. Verisa is licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee. Her specialized area is in new construction. The reason for this specialty is due to her marriage with her husband in September 1998. Her husband has been in construction for over 45 years. Being married to a licensed General Contractor that specializes in new construction, land development and custom homes has given her the inside knowledge and experience for this industry. Her contribution to his company is to assist him in the daily operations and all phases of construction.

In November 2004, Verisa and her husband purchased the Exit Franchise and opened their office in March 2005. Throughout the years that she has been with Exit, she has been honored to receive several awards, not only for herself but for their brokerage.

With knowledge, experience, training, education and communication, success can be accomplished when working hard as a team and has the support of a family.

Their agent and management team work together with impressive results. Because of the dedication their office has to the industry, they have were named Brokerage of the Year for the State of Tennessee and Kentucky for the last 4 years.
