Vernessa was such a joy to work with throughout my entire house hunting process. My fiancée and I just closed on our first home and she gave us so much important information and advice along the way. There was so much we didn’t know but she informed us of exactly what to expect. She even sent me encouraging texts along the way not to get discouraged since the market is moving so fast. I plan to refer my family and friends to her, as well use her in the future!

I loved this experience with our realtor Vernessa Broddie. She was very positive and uplifting throughout the whole journey of trying to find our ideal home to the point that I can even say it felt that was part of the family already. Every time we would go see a house and we would decide to make the offer, the offer was denied. We went through a lot of denied offers, but there was one thing that was never gone was her positive vibes towards us always saying your home is out there and waiting for you all don't loose hope and don't give up even if it takes a long time we will find that house. Believe it or not after so many offers that were denied we finally were able to find our ideal home with the help of our realtor. I would not have changed our realtor at all even the day of closing she celebrated with us, sure not in person but she did.
