"Get your license, Mija"..... Get your license, daughter, were the words my father said for years after my first child was born. My father wanted me to follow in his footsteps by ecoming a realtor. He encouraged me to and always be prepared to provide for my sons (just in case), if the need should ever arise. Here i am, a licensed agent and broker, it has been 16 years since i took his advice. I love what i do! I was born in El Paso, attended UT Austin and returned to El Paso where i met my husband and raised our 2 sons.
