This team really looks out for the best interest of the owner and the property. As an owner whose property is being managed by Veronica and the team, Every interaction has been professional and timely. When there are any concerns made by the renter, it’s taken care of immediately. When concerns are elevated to my attention and decision, I appreciate being given the whole story and presented different options and courses of action that they recommend. I only wish this team was located in Maryland to manage another property of mine.

Therese and the company have been so amazing to me. They have been managing my house for almost 2 years now. Therese was able to find a tenant almost immediately after I moved out which was great so that we didn't have to pay 2 mortgages when we moved. If there is any problems within the household that needs to get fix, Therese has been so great for getting in touch with me as soon possible and we are always able to get the right kind of help to fix the issue. She has gone above and beyond to help whenever there is an issue. She has made things so much easier for me by managing my property and taking care of everything that I know I will not have to worry about anything when it comes to the house. We have had nothing but great things to say about Veronica and her team! She has helped us through the homebuying process twice and every time it has been the most wonderful experience! She always make sure to take the time needed to help her buyers find the perfect home, no matter what the circumstances. She never got frustrated with us and our big list of ‘wants and needs’. Additionally, when we sold our house, Veronica was able to get us to the closing table with ease. She sold our home quickly, got us top dollar for the sale, and managed to make the transition flow so well that we were out of our old home and moved into our new home within the same weekend!
