Veronica Navor

Veronica has a very broad knowledge in real estate and housing arena.
Veronica started her real estate career as a licensed realtor in 1987. She sold many new subdivisions and houses in the resale market.

During the 2008 housing crises Veronica chose to work for a nonprofit Fair Housing HUD agency. She provided mortgage modifications, landlord/tenant mediation, fair housing, rental and first-time buyer counseling for Imperial, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Many clients were assisted in keeping their homes and educated in knowing their housing rights and responsibilities.

Veronica was also an Advocate for the building industry as she audited cities and school districts for reasonable and justifiable mitigation, impact and service fees. Veronica continually met with real estate developers and government administrators to determine future goals and trends for Imperial and Riverside Counties. One of her main objectives was to promote the economic strength home building industry provides our communities.

Veronica vast experience also included facilitating homeownership for many by utilizing USDA rural loan programs, government grants, self-help program, CDBG funds, theses loans were provided for low to moderate income families in conjunction with standard finance programs to qualify for a mortgage loan and than buy, build or reconstruct a house. Veronica also secured grant funding for handicap accessible structures for the elderly and disabled.

Aside from real estate Veronica has assisted businesses establish, relocate or expand to Imperial County with tax credits and incentives due to the benefit of being located in an enterprise zone area. Veronica’s accomplishments included implementing and supervising a county-wide Job Development team which included rapid response team and veteran services. One of her primary functions was also to assist businesses with hiring the right personnel for their companies.
Veronica also enjoyed assisting in the nonprofit world. Veronica helped many families and job seekers. She lead a highly successful job placement program assisting inmates transitioning back into the community. Veronica also managed housing shelters for abused women and their children. Her goal in these positions was to provide assistance as needed with resources, shelter and a direction to effectively transition from a crises situation to self sufficiency.

Her passion for real estate industry, commitment to her clients and compassion that all should have access to housing are what motivated her to establish Navor Realty.
