Couldn't have done it without you ! I started the journey of home shopping without being totally sold on the idea of moving. It just seemed too hard. Vicki was incredibly patient and kind, never pushy and was willing to show me any house at any time. There was no pressure at all as we simply looked at homes to see if something seemed to fit just right. And we found it...the one that was definitely my home...and we found it on her birthday. Vicki was a cheerleader and a coach and rolled up her sleeves to help me get my house on the market, packed and ready for sale. And she sold it the first weekend it hit the market for more than I had hoped for. On both the selling side and the buying side, Vicki took care of everything including keeping me sane. It was our good fortune to encounter Vicki through a third-party website while browsing the housing market. Upon our first inquiry Vicki was the first and friendliest response and even though we were browsing, Vicki was very patient, available, and helpful. We knew the general area we wanted to access and we had a vague idea of what we wanted but Vicki still took the time to work with us. Together we viewed dozens of homes until we found the one that spoke to us. Even though we were just in the market, we knew this was home. Throughout our journey Vicki remained professional and could answer many questions. She had immediate contact with professionals to answer the that were questions beyond her field but important to us. She was also able to provide guidance regarding community resources and legalities. As veterans of the U.S. military, supporting people who support the armed forces means a lot to us. This is also Vicki. She helped us with military-friendly programs and advice and helped us find financial guidance with knowledge of veterans’ benefits. We could not ask for more. In the end, we must say that Vicki is an awesome realtor. We are glad we met her and we are very happy with our new home. We were moving out of state to IL and we loved our realtor that was selling our home in KS and didn't know where to start in finding a realtor in the area we were looking. Our local realtor said they would find one for us with a sister company. We were very nervous as we knew nothing about the person that that they lined us up with. We couldn't have gotten a better pairing. From the second we met her, we knew she was perfect for us!! Vicki was fun, professional and knew what we were looking for within the first few houses we looked at. She was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking in...from schools to shopping, restaraunts etc. She was the first one into the house we ended up buying as it was an open house and when we got there she walked outside and said this is it, this is your home. She couldn't have been more right!! This was the second day of house hunting and she already knew us that well. She continued to stand by us through the entire process and was always available. She never acted bothered or rushed and helped with ANY questions we had. We had issues with our lender not communicating (the lender we had prior to meeting Vicki) and she helped get them to communicate and stay on top of things. Not only did we fall in love with Vicki, our children did as well. She made the process of finding a home about the family as a whole and did so in a fun and non stressful manner. We couldn't have picked a better person to walk along side us in this process and can't thank her enough for everything she did. If we ever chose or had to move again.... Vicki would be our first call and we wouldn't think of using anyone else!! What a great experience!!! - Paula vazquez
