On October 17, I contracted to buy a house in Michigan. I promptly signed up with Vicki to list and sell my house in St. Charles, but worried I was starting too late to sell it before the winter lull. Vicki got it done. She advised me how best to stage the house; recommended a price that was aggressive, but not overly so; and held open houses three straight weekends. Within five weeks of listing, I had a reasonable offer, which she negotiated into a better one.

I moved into my new house before all of my buyers' inspection issues had been addressed, but Vicki stepped up. She found contractors; let them into the house; and oversaw their work. Finally, she shot over to the house and solved the problem when my buyers had a melt-down during their closing day inspection. Thanks to Vicki, I got a quick sale and good price with relatively little stress. Plus, she’s a nice person and fun to work with. I recommend her highly.
