Vicki has been a licensed realtor for 32 years and has owned her own company for the last 29 years. She has earned several designations early on as is a firm believer that education, knowledge and experience lends itself to success. She proudly holds a CRS and GRI designation.

Vicki is nearly a lifelong resident of Starke County, (Knox) coming from California when she was three years old. She loves the small town atmosphere with all the friendly people. Many of her out of town clients say the same.

Vicki enjoys being outdoors in her flower and vegetable gardens, time with family, taking walks and spending time with her dogs, Chi Chi and Gracie

I was so fortunate to have had Vicki Simoni as my realtor when it came time to sell my house. After talking with her for just a few minutes I knew right away she would be able to assist in meeting all my needs. It was such a pleasure working with Vicki. She proved to be so knowledgeable of the area, where to find potential buyers, and the current market conditions, as she guided me through the steps of selling the house.

When she visited my home, Vicki was able to provide a unique plan of action to get the house ready to sell. Vicki helped to ease the stress by providing ideas ,the names of contractors in the area and ideas for small repairs I could do myself. She checked in regularly with me to see how the work was coming along and worked patiently with me. And with a few improvements we were able to get the house staged and ready for sale. She is very energetic, motivated and very personable and always kept my interests in mind. She was readily available to answer my questions, and to follow up with every lead.

Once we started showing my home, an offer was made very quickly for the full asking price with buyer concerns. Vicki was able to work with me and the potential buyers to meet both our needs and make a final agreement. Vicki kept me informed regularly and we were able to close in a reasonable amount of time.

Vicki Simoni is very professional, motivated, energetic and a hard worker. I would definitely keep Vicki in mind again when either selling or buying a home, and will continue to refer her to all of my family and friends.
