A 21-year sales veteran, Victor has worked for some of the top multifamily Internet Listing Services across the country, including Apartments.com, ApartmentGuide.com & Rent.com, Zumper & PadMapper. His clients have ranged from individual private owners, to multi-billion dollar Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and his core focus has been the promotion of multi-million dollar residential communities--resulting in partnerships with over 1,500 multifamily properties across the United States and Canada.
Victor has directly overseen the marketing and promotion of a wide range of listings while serving as Co-Founder and Director of Marketing at his previous brokerage Upscale Avenues--from 2-bedroom co-ops to $1MILLION+ luxury properties.
From professional photography to aerial videos, print materials to aggressive social media advertising, Victor works diligently with every listing to ensure the property is showcased in the best light possible, and gets the maximum exposure necessary to sell quickly and for top dollar.
Victor's goal is to not only help local residents effectively promote their homes and sell them efficiently, but also help local buyers find the next home of their dreams here in Hampton Roads—a place he's called home since 2003.
In 2024, Victor represented the buyers in the second largest sale in the city of Norfolk, while also representing the sellers in the second largest sale in the Wintergreen Resort area in western Virginia.
