Highly͏ recommended
Victor is the best agent that anyone can have in this competitive real estate market. His knowledge is unmatched. Most importantly, he never pressures you into buying a property if you’re not 100% convinced about it. This is our second house that we purchased with his help. Should we ever plan to upsize (or downsize) in the future, he will be our first and only pick for the job.

Just came back from closing and there aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful Victor was. We are first time buyers and Victor helped us close the deal on the first home we loved, which we know does not happen often. Let me start by saying that I've gone through a few different realtors while trying to purchase my first home and there were NONE like Victor.

In terms of his ability as a realtor, it is difficult to find anyone better than him. He will spend as much time with you taking you into the house and showing you around the house for as long as you need. The reason I enjoyed going on tours with Victor is because he is very honest. There were a few homes that I really liked and he was ready to advocate for me to get the home, but he also told me why the house probably isn't well suited for me. All the points that he brought up are excellent points as well. I was eager to find a home and overlooked some basic things. He kept me level headed but emphasized "if this is the home you want, we can go for it". His ability to break everything down for me in simple terms is something that I truly appreciate. There's a lot to learn the first time buying a home but he made things easier to understand. He showed up on time to all of the tours and we walked through the homes at my own pace. Another aspect to Victor that I appreciated is his knowledge of the market and as it adapts, so does Victor. The housing market at the current moment is less than ideal, but with his ability to adapt to the market, we were able to find a home that my wife and I absolutely loved. He made himself available literally 24/7. Anytime we had a question or a concern, he was always ready to text or call us back.

As a person, he is such a LOVELY person and I really enjoyed his company. You know that he cares for his clients when he periodically checks up on you after closing to make sure that you are happy. I loved that about him. Having someone that wanted nothing but the best for you is so refreshing. We still keep in touch with him because of his personality. Victor is truly a professional and a friend when you need one. Thank you so much Victor. We found our dream home thanks to you!

Hand down the best Realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with
Victor is truly something special. Super knowledgeable Real Estate Agent that is very patient and not pushy in anyway shape or form. He took so much extra time from his days to show us properties and also keep us updated and informed on how everything works. Keeping us in the loop on homes that hit the market instantaneously. All of which met the criteria of what my wife and I needed, that just lets me know the man actually listens to what his clients need and not just push to make a sale. I could not believe how out of his way he went to help my wife and I purchase our first home. The man made us feel like family. My wife and I have worked with Victor on two occasions that were several years apart.

The first instance we had the pleasure of working with Victor was purchasing a home. During the initial conversation with Victor, he was noticeably a good listener and seemed conscious of including both my wife and me in every question. His vast amount of experience and knowledge was helpful as it was our first time buying a home. We appreciated that he was always there to keep us calm and remained patient or polite even when we took our stress out on him.

About 5 years later we decided to sell this home and Victor not only got us more than we expected but was as dedicated to helping us as ever. He would answer the phone or call back the same day within a reasonable amount of time. Victor again showed his experience by implementing the use of a professional photographer and designer to essentially stage and list the house. As mentioned we got more than we expected in regards to the price but my wife and I were more impressed with the level of service Victor brought to the table.

Months later we had our second child and Victor called us that week to see how everything went. Hopefully, he is still in the business by the time our kids grow up to purchase their first homes!

Best Real Estate Agent Ever!!!
Victor was so kind, helpful, and patient. He took his time on every house with me. He made sure to look out for damages or things such as old boilers which I had no experience with. He really made it seem like he was buying a home for himself which made me feel super comfortable. He always found ways to accommodate my time as I have a hectic work schedule.
