When I first met Victor I could tell he was serious and sincere about his job satisfying his perspective buyers. I was in a serious pinch knowing I had to be out of my current residence in a few weeks. Victor did everything in his power to accommodate me. Any time I called him he responded immediately. He did all the work searching for a place for my family and accomplished his goal. Very very happy customer. Would highly recommend him as an agent and will.

Victor was a pleasure to work with for our Boiling Springs home purchase... we actually just closed escrow this week! As first time home buyers, there was obviously a LOT we did not know going in to this transaction. We just moved from California, and knew very little about this area. Victor was the 3rd realtor I met and toured with in the area, but within 5 minutes of meeting him and touring a house I knew that he would be the one to represent us. His knowledge and professionalism far exceeded the other two realtors I had met before him... as we walked through the house he was able to point out things I would have missed in every single room (problems he noticed, quality of construction etc). He was very responsive the whole way through the deal, was able to get us into contract at a price and agreement I was happy with - and was even able to close escrow to the very day we planned upon (while the seller was dragging their feet trying to delay the escrow). Most importantly... he is a GOOD guy. You can just really tell. He is honest. No sales BS. He radiates integrity. I would be happy to work with him again and definitely recommend him. -- Michael G

Victor Lester was the buying agent for my daughter over the past month. He proactively handled all situations that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He handled her modest (and first time) home purchase as if she were buying a half million dollar home. He treated her like he would have wanted to be treated himself and as if she were one of his own children. After returning to NJ after 10 years of living in South Florida I realized what a big mistake I made. I decided to move to the Sparanburg area of South Carolina where I have alot of family. I contacted an agent at Coldwell Banker Caine regarding one of her listings and explained to her I would be down the week after Easter. She told me unfortunately she would be travelling with her mother that week but referred me to Victor. I met with him explained to him what I was looking for and we went out and previewed some homes. He explained to me about the different areas and showed me around town. Upon returning to Nj i listed my home and sold it in 10 days. 3 weeks later I found myself in Spartanburg living in a hotel. Victor and I met and he showed my a house that I fell in love with immediately. I promptly made an offer and with 10 days I closed. We had the inspection 3 days later. There were several minor issues that Victor saw to that were corrected. I had a very smooth seamless transaction Victor knew what type of a time crunch I was in and acted accordingly. I would highly recomend Victor to anyone looking to purhase or sell a home in th Spartanburg/Greenville area. I may also add that immediately after meeting with him I received daily e mails from him with listings i my target area and price range. I am an extremely satisfied customer! -- R Schuhlein
