Victor (Vic) Peterson, “Associate Real Estate Broker” with Homes of Idaho.

Vic moved to the Boise area from Salmon Idaho in 1990 & started with Micron Tech.

He started his career as a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson (Formerly Coldwell Banker Aspen Realty) Jan 15th of 1999. He later obtained his Associate Brokers license June 30th 2009 , and has been awarded the Canyon County Top Producer Real Estate Award every year since 2005.

Vic has worked with over a thousand buyers and sellers during his career which included residential ,land development, new construction, farm and ranch, REO / Foreclosure, corporate relocation , VA buyers and sellers, and some commercial properties. He also specializes in Property Management. A massive part of his career has included the Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, & Emmett Real Estate markets, along with many other Idaho out skirting areas.

Vic teamed up with his wife Jennifer Peterson, who became a licensed Realtor in 2005. As a team they promote their clients’ interests 110%, whether it be in marketing their residence or finding that new best fit residence. Their goal is to bring their clients exceptional service and continued support throughout their journey. Jennifer has been an Idaho / Treasure Valley resident since 1984, and Vic has been an Idaho resident since 1987 and a Treasure Valley Resident since 1990. They both have been exposed to the real estate world since they can remember as their fathers both owned and were Brokers of their own Real Estate Brokerages.
