Born in Brooklyn, Victor attended The Loyola School in New York, received a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College in Government and French, and a Master's Degree in International Finance from Columbia University. He retired as Mayor of Old Tappan on January 1, 2016, having spent 16 years as their Mayor.
Victor understands that being totally honest with his clients is the key to building a strong, successful relationship. Loyal buyers and sellers praise him for his persistence, his willingness to tackle any task, and his competence when it comes to making their purchase or sale, seamless.

As the Director of Business Development for Distinctive Collection, Victor is responsible for Bergen, Orange, Rockland and Westchester Counties. His mission statement is to develop Distinctive Collection into the premier luxury brand in the New York and New Jersey area.
