About Victor

“VICTOR QUIROZ started in the real estate business when he was 19 years old. He had just moved from the Los Angeles area to the San Francisco Bay area, ready to attend college and sign a lease on his first rental apartment. Then, his father told him about the benefits of homeownership. After some extensive research, he decided to buy a condo, upgrade the flooring and give it a good, deep clean. He surveyed the results and realized he had a solid investment on his hands.

In 2005, he joined The Mulhearn Group now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties serving as a top producing REALTOR® and Broker Associate, Office Sales Manager, and is currently the Managing Partner at the DTLA Regional Office. In addition to an impressive sales career, Victor is recognized as a California Association of REALTORS® Certified Forms Trainer, a member-at-large of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Global Network Platform Advisory Council, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National Relocation Team, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National REthink Council Alumni and Local Chapter Director. Victor is nationally recognized as a Certified Residential Specialist designee which less than 3% of the REALTORS in the U.S. have earned and as a Certified International Property Specialist servicing clients outside the country relocating to and from the U.S.

Victor has been asked to share his market knowledge with agents and consumers at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices throughout the country and around the world, multiple local Realtor associations, non-profit community events, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National Sales Convention, and the California Association of REALTORS® Expo amongst others. His insights on technology, social media, and real estate marketing have been featured in both local and national publications including U.S. News and World Report, California Real Estate Magazine, and Realty Today among others.”
