Living out of state made it difficult for us to Vet a Realtor. So when I was introduced to Victoria through a Realtor in my state I knew she was truly a Godsend. We felt very fortunate when Victoria answered our clarion call. It was truly a blessing that our paths crossed.
Since that initial meeting,
she had been attentive, educating us on the process and various regulations. The property was a quite a challenge, however, Victoria was not discouraged. She went the extra mile. She had the resources to arrange and make sure the property was ready for showing in a timely fashion, with pictures and videos. That service was invaluable. She provided ongoing updates as well. Victoria was outstanding in handling my mother's and my property. It was a very difficult time in my mother's life at this time of her life. Mom was diagnosed with dementia and I had to go to Florida fort white area bring mom back with me to take care of her. My mom had lived in Florida for over 60 years and relocating her here in North Carolina was a big adjustment for her and me. Through this very difficult time of both of our lives Victoria was a guardian angel sent to me. From day one until closing she was in top of everything. Kept me informed on what was going on and ensuring me on the different steps we had to follow especially we both were residing in a different state and state laws are different from state to state. I was very impressed how Victoria handled the beginning to the end of my home purchase. Victoria stayed on top of every phone call, email and text messages. I called three other realtors and explained the loan amount and did not hear anything back from two realtors and the third realtor told me it was not possible to find anything in my price range. Where do I begin??? So long story short I sold my house in South Florida and asked my Realtor there for a contact in North Florida. She gave my info to Victoria. Victoria touched base and guided me towards areas that might work for me. That in itself alone was tremendous and I really have to give her credit because I myself didn’t know what I wanted. Found a property that is a fixer upper and instead of trying to push a “nicer” property on me she just said give her a bit to get all the details on it. In a super timely manner she had a the nitty gritty. We put in an offer and she walked me through it step by step even helped me with some mom and pop hardware stores to check out! Victoria is incredible at her job and was a huge blessing to my family. My mom purchased a beautiful tiny home in Old Town when she moved from Indiana. We discovered in November 2022 that my mom had cancer. She passed March of 2023 at 53 years of age. Losing her is the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with. So you can imagine navigating probate and selling her home was incredibly difficult. Especially because I live all the way in Indiana. I googled realtors and found Victoria and it was the best thing that could have happened. She helped me from start to finish. Always having so much compassion, grace and kindness. She helped make this process bearable and was always great at communicating with me. I had never sold or bought a house, all of this was new and she took the time to help me navigate it all. She also was great at helping me get in contact with people I needed to help address any issues that came up with the house. She has a really great group of compassionate and caring contacts. I can not explain in words how much she did and how much it means to me. I would recommend her to anyone needing help buying or selling a home. I never felt like I was a burden or that I was just a client. She makes you feel like family and cares about you. This quality is really hard to find and I know that she did not have to do all she did but I’m so thankful she did. There is no one better to help navigate you through the real estate business. My mom would have really loved her and I’m glad Victoria was able to find someone to love my mom’s home like she did. Letting go of it was hard but having Victoria by my side made it possible. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly an angel. So if you need someone and want to feel more than just a number or a sale then call her. You won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding!!! I drove from out of state. I forgot about the time change and was over an hour late. She was so kind and wonderful and understanding. The second time I came down to look at a house. I ran into a wreck on the highway and was late again Once again She was wonderful and you talk about a lady that knows her business she had every detail of every Property. She was down on her hands and knees, looking up underneath the houses just to make sure that she gave me accurate information. On my way back home a deer ran out in front of me and I had a car wreck. If you are looking for a realtor this lady should be your #1 choice! Victoria was a true blessing with our six month journey looking for our new home. The endless driving she did to our showings, driving from state to state, no matter how many hours she traveled. Any questions I had, she was a text away !!!
