All we can say is 'Wow!' Selling a house can be nerve racking---there has been a lot of confusing and conflicting information put out during the current housing market by a variety of sources, as well as by prospective realtors. We were extremely fortunate to be referred to Vickie. She has worked in Stafford County for 30+ years. Her expertise and experience is vital during the huge building boom that our area is experiencing. Her understanding of the Stafford/Fredericksburg area, new and old, helped us to make good decisions about how and when to market our home. During our first meeting, she explained the current market, the selling process, and gave us a realistic assessment of our property and how to ready it for sale. She knows Stafford! She told us exactly which tier in the market our house fell into, the current competition, and proposed a plan that helped us capitalize on this. She answered all questions promptly and eased us through our 'jitters' with humor and patience. She proposed an open house as well as having our house shown by appointment. It sold in three days, above asking price (actually in only 1 day; we received the best offer the first day it went live). Vickie talked us through the pros and cons of each offer and once we accepted a bid, continued to walk us through the process and make sure we understood each step. Her staff was pleasant and communicated effectively. I cannot stress enough that experience DOES matter. We consulted with other realtors prior to meeting with Vickie and have no doubt that Vickie was the key to our success: she knows the region in-depth, is knowledgeable about all the types of housing offered in the area (from older single story homes to new housing developments bedecked with the latest technology), and is an ace at assessing the current market. Most importantly, she is friendly, dependable, and professional. Oh, and did I mention she's fun? Vickie is someone we could trust implicitly as we made a huge personal decision. This is a very long way to say "Hire her!!!!"

I recently had the pleasure of working with Reagan. In my 40 yrs of business transactions, I have most enjoyed doing business with her. She is so kind and cheerful. She’s also quite accommodating and tolerant.
I’ve never done a business transaction with someone so on top of their game. For example, I would ask Reagan if I needed to contact the lender, but she already had. Reagan saved me money too! Reagan far exceeded my expectations!
The first house I wanted to look at, she came out to show. She was also prepared with some printouts of similar houses. Of course, I found some interesting. The more we talked, she really honed in on houses that I would interest me. She was finding houses for me before I found them myself. It seems the entire group works in this fashion and I commend all of them.
I had been thinking that customer service was a thing of the past, but let me just say this team changed my way of thinking! Reagan’s customer service is exceptional! I feel she really enjoys what she does, and is very dedicated to the job and her clients.
I couldn’t be any happier to have met such a wonderful agent who navigated the way for me to have the easiest home-buying experience yet!

Vickie went above and beyond through the process and was timely with communication on new activity, what to expect, and answering my questions. I have never written a review before but feel compelled to do so since Vickie Clark-Jennings is such an excellent real estate agent.
I interviewed several agents and ultimately decided on Vickie and am so glad I did! Within a week of listing, there were multiple showings, and I was very pleased with the offers I received. Vickie is an excellent agent due to the many outstanding qualities I summarize below.

•Vast experience in real-estate and an excellent sense of the current market conditions.

•Very personable and easy to work with.

•Very dedicated and hard-working.

•Promptly responded to my texts and e-mails.

•Gave excellent advice on preparing my Spotsylvania house for marketing. She saved me approximately $15,000 in expenses that she said were not needed which was contrary to the advice of other agents. She also had some excellent inexpensive suggestions on how to make my house present optimally (staging).

•Willing to “fight” for her clients. In my case, she negotiated the elimination of an extra interest payment ($700) that I felt was unjustified.

In summary, I give Vickie my highest possible recommendation and strongly urge hiring her for your real estate needs! I am certain you will not be disappointed!

Ashley worked with me this year in finding a home in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area. With the current housing shortage, I had all but given up finding an affordable house in the area. Through some connections, Ashley was able to find a house that was not yet on the market, and I had an offer put in and accepted before it hit the market. Not only did it save me time and stress, but I got a great price and ended up in my first choice neighborhood. Comparable houses in the same neighborhood are now selling for almost 10% more than I paid, only months later.
