02/13/2015 - wdiser Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $125K in Saint George, SC My wife and I were interested in buying a house as we wished to downsize. We contacted Vicki and explained to her what we were looking for. She quickly found a house exactly like what we described to her that we wanted. We wanted to close quickly and Vicki made that happen within weeks. She was in constant contact with me keeping me informed of every step of the process. I would highly recommend her in the future.

05/29/2016 - stufisch Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $100K in Round O, SC. Victoria is OUTSTANDING. I spent months with other realtors, before deciding I should check the reviews, and I selected Vickie ... you will not be disappointed! Vickie has a wealth of knowledge of her area, both people & places. Where she really helped me, was connecting me with Phil, her preferred mortgage broker. The closing was a nightmare (on seller's side), and Vickie & Phil skilfully negotiated me through all the traps & pitfalls, and helped me to get my dream home. Even though she split commission with another realtor, she never let me feel like my (<$100K) home was a problem for her. She educated me along the way, put up with my whining, explained why some of my 'bright' ideas were duds (without making me feel stupid). She is a great listener; she is great at handing difficult situations ... and she's a great human being, aside from the business side of things. Her middle name should be AWESOME

She then helped us purchase another home in SC. She really puts in the time. She just found the perfect starter home for our daughter, and son in law in Charleston.
