12/22/2014 - user9708302 Sold a home in 2014. I had my home on the market for a long time with another realtor. It sat and I had to absorb all the extra cost of it sitting. Then I heard of Ms. Culpepper. All I had hear is true. She is honest, hard working, and totally into her customers needs. My home sold lower than I might have wished. Times are hard and sales are difficult. Ms. Culpepper sold the home and saved me stress and fear as I was loving out of state. I can NOT say enough about ability and business practices. Bless her ! She sold the home, worked wonderfully with me and I am indebted to her .

08/15/2014 - zuser20140320173559662 Bought a home in 2014 in Holly Ridge, Ridgeville, SC 29435. Ms. Culpepper was incredibly awesome. We never looked at a piece of property outside of our agreed price range, location, or requirements - she was direct to the point. I even remember her telling us when we look at this one piece of property that we should plan to commit to a bid that afternoon or we will lose it... We closed on that property yesterday, the family and I could not be happier. Thank you Vicki!
