As a fluently trilingual (English, French and Norwegian) transplant from Montreal, Canada, Victoria's husband and her relocated to North Carolina on an executive transfer visa in October 1995, where they have lived in Durham, Chapel Hill and Hillsborough with thier two children for the last 26 years. Until 2014, Victoria was a senior executive overseeing Supply Chain and Operations for the Americas, with a large Multi-National Contract Manufacturing company. This complex and challenging role required exceptionally well honed interpersonal and negotiation skills, great attention to detail, the ability to anticipate problems before they arise and a passion for seeking win/win solutions with out of the box, calm, collected and thoughtful execution – all unique skills she bring to the table as a Realtor.
In the five years Victoria has been serving the Triangle area as a Realtor, she has assisted numerous North Carolinians as well as newcomers to their area successfully purchase and/or list their homes. She knows the service level she expected and needed when she came to the country 26 years ago, and she has pledged to deliver incomparably perceptive, thorough and caring service levels to her clients before, during and after their Real Estate transaction. Victoria genuinely loves what she does and thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and helping them make this momentous transition, be it buying or selling their home in NC.
As a transplant to the area Victoria has watched with fascination and excitement as this area has evolved over the 2 decades. She just loves the multi-cultural feel of the Triangle, The Durham Bulls, The Hurricanes, The DPAC (Durham Performing Arts Center), the great university culture of UNC, Duke, NC State and their other wonderful area colleges and universities and feel blessed to have at their disposal some of the top research hospitals and physicians in the country and world at their doorstep. The Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill entertainment scene has catapulted into hotbeds of culinary experiences with new restaurants and entertainment options popping up weekly, creating a fun urban vibe that is drawing more and more new young professionals and families to the area. No question, NC has become a destination state! With 4 distinct but mild seasons and a quick 2 ½ hour (to either side) commute to some of the most breathtaking seascapes and mountain ranges in the eastern seaboard, the Research Triangle area is the ideal place to call HOME!
