Licensed as a Realtor since 1982, Vicki ranks among top real estate producers in the St. Louis community. They are thrilled she brought her impressive practice to luxury leader, Janet McAfee Real Estate. Vicki is a very productive, full time real estate consultant who combines her diligent, committed work ethic with her friendly and caring demeanor. She focuses on maintaining a good rapport with her clients, while working hard to define their needs. About 80% of Vicki’s business is referral based and repeat business. In 2001, Vicki’s daughter Katie Kirk Ross joined her as an assistant. In the years to follow, Katie has proven herself to be an exceptional full-time real estate professional. In June 2008, Vicki formed the Kirk Holton Team and her husband, David Holton, came on board as well. In 2018, Vicki’s daughter Meghan Kirk joined the team as a referral specialist. These talented and diligent professionals have combined their skills to make the services they offer the finest a consumer could expect.
On any given weekend you can find Vicki scoping out the many estate sales and flea markets in the St. Louis area. Vicki is acquainted with many estate sale professionals, and because of these relationships she is a great resource for clients who are downsizing or even needing estate sale recommendations. Vicki and her husband, David, also enjoy traveling to numerous U.S. destinations. They love exploring and experiencing historic towns, flea markets, festivals, interesting restaurants, and arts and crafts shows.
A lifelong resident of St. Louis, Vicki grew up in Frontenac and graduated from Villa Duchesne. She received her degree in Education with honors from DePauw University and is a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She was a board member and former President of The Churchill School Parent’s Association. Vicki is currently a member of the Villa Duchesne Alumnae Board, a board member of St. Louis Learning Disabilities Association, and a member of the SLOCA Organization. She gives her time to the St. Louis Association of Realtors by serving as a member of the Professional Standards Committee. Vicki currently lives in Glendale. She and her husband, David, are the proud parents of a combined eight children, and grandparents to thirteen grandchildren.
