Vicky Kustov is hands down one of the best real estate agents in Massachusetts. She knows her real estate and is a plethora of knowledge. I didn’t know where to start when it came to selling a family member’s home. I ‘interviewed’ two other agents, prior to meeting Vicky, and one of them had no idea what she was talking about and the other, didn’t do a good job of selling himself to me. Vicky is honest, very upfront, knowledgeable and warm. She’s the whole package. I honestly feel blessed that we found her because she made the whole home selling process so much easier. We have worked with several realtors over the last 15 years, renting apartments both as tenants and landlords, buying and selling our two houses, and I can say that Vicky was, by far, the best and more comprehensive real state professional we worked with. She managed and gave us great advise for every aspect of the sale: sale preparation (including steps, recommendations and timelines), best strategies for pricing right, staging, absolutely everything you can think of. We needed a quick sale and she managed to pack three open houses and more than 50 private showings in 5 long and -I’m sure- exhausting days… all that while we were relaxing 50 miles away in a vacation rental per her recommendation.
