We found Tori by luck via Zillow. My husband and I were considering a move to Saratoga but weren't 100% sure. We toured a few properties on spec to get a sense of what we wanted. We took our time, Tori was patient and never pressured us to move more quickly even though it is a competitive market. She kept in touch with us for over a year and when we found a property we wanted to purchase, she was on it. Making herself available from vacation, pulling together the team we needed to get financing, to negotiate with the seller and recommend vendors for work to be done in the new property. Where do I begin! Tori and her team come through in the clutch once again for the Walters family. After a wonderful first home buying experience with Tori back in 2017, I reached out for her help in April 2023 in selling my Mothers house for her. Tori came the very next day no questions asked other than the address. My mother is tough to please but the way Tori conducts her business is top notch, way above approach. She immediately won my mother over and really set us at ease. And that’s just Tori. Don’t get me started on her network. Tori was wonderful on guiding me though the process and connecting me with contractors and other vendors to get the house ready. The investments she suggested I make into the house (which was less than 10 grand) returned me 400% on my investment. Where else do you get 400 percent return. She’s brilliant.
I reach out to Tori at the beginning of April and we legit closed on the house June 1st. Full house flip in a less than 2 months isn’t the norm with other teams. You want results, return on investment, a team to make you feel like a million bucks, you gotta go with team Romeo!!!!!

We were under a time crunch to sell our existing home and Tori got it done ahead of schedule for the $$$ we wanted. So first some disclaimers... Tori is my cousin (in law) and she was the buying agent for my house as well, and I'm also a very anxious, easily stressed about things, kind of person.... so being my agent, AND my relative is just possibly the worst job ever... it takes someone with a lot of talent, knowledge, and patience to be able to handle this combination. Enter Tori. She handled everything about the sale of my house with great professionalism, calm, and expertise. She was honest and upfront about her thought process when it came to staging, pricing and the (multiple) offers I had. I need to also add how amazing her entire team and staff is! (An actual A team... with all of the ladies who helped me having 'A' names!) When my house was listed, Tori was out of town on a mini vacation (I know, the nerve of her thinking that she is allowed to take a whole 3 days away with her husband and babies!) Her entire team stepped up like I was *their* client, handling multiple calls, texts, emails (I said I was anxious!) with professionalism and anxiety reducing skill. They all were absolutely wonderful to work with, and with the combined skills of Romeo TEAM Realty, my house was under contract in 2 days. With multiple offers.
Thanks to the world of Covid we all living in, everything about the sale process was a bit longer, and a bit more requiring of patience. Every time my anxiety would start to peak at the length of the process (due to covid) Tori was able to reassure and calm me.
All in all, the entire team is simply amazing, and, much to the chagrin of my friends,(who I tell should ALL be using her team), I will keep recommending her and her team to anyone who will listen... not just because she's my cousin, but because she frankly was born to do this work.

I recently moved from Washington state to upstate New York with my husband. We had very specific wishes for a home in an area of upstate that we knew would make finding what we wanted difficult. We also wanted lakefront property and we were considering building new. To make things even more difficult, we were still living in Washington at the time and were only able to fly out here once to tour properties.

From the beginning Tori was confident that she could help us find our dream home (or land!) in the time frame we were hoping for. What else can I say besides possibly the best agent in all of the United States?

I have bought and sold real estate across the US (both for personal and investment reasons) and worked with dozens of different real estate agents with varying levels of skill, dedication, and competence. Tori and her team are the best and most skilled I've ever worked with - hands down.

Moving from Washington state to New York presents as a very unique challenge. You change your mind a lot and need constant communication to stay on top of things 3000 miles away. The needs of my wife and I were very specific, but also changing on a regular basis. Which county? Build or buy? This house looks great on the MLS, but not in person. Etc. Often times agents will become exhausted from fussy clients (and I'm one of the fussiest) and give up on you until you're on your own. Tori guided us like an absolute pro and kept up the same level of enthusiasm from day one all the way through to the end.

I couldn't tell you how many properties we toured, offers we put in (and pulled), and endless phone calls and text exchanges we had, but Tori and her team were there every. single. time. - Always looking out for our best interests and driving us to make good decisions. Her experience and ability to provide valuable insight were absolutely key for us. We didn't always agree, but there wasn't a single decision I would have made without bouncing it off of her first. She knows what she's doing!

I'm having a difficult time writing this review. Mainly because the level of service Tori provided us was so far beyond what I would describe as exceptional that I don't know if I have the writing capacity to describe the experience, and this is coming from an educated, articulate, executive level professional. This was my first house. I'm sure if you're reading this you're either there with me, or have been there... it's a daunting task. Don't fool yourself, unless you're unemployed (which likely isn't the place you'd be if you're buying a house), you don't have the time to tackle all the small issues, the scheduling, the negotiating, the followups... etc. Tori from day one instilled nothing but my total confidence in her. She's detail oriented, thurough, available at what seemed to be all hours, and easily relatable. Trust me, I threw a lot of challenges at her. Victoria Romeo, or Tori as we know her, is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. I have bought and sold two houses in my life, dealing with multiple realtors and Tori outshined all. We were trying to sell our last house to move closer to family down south. We had worked with multiple realtors - deciding to not re-sign them when the contract came to an end due to their poor communication and work ethics. My wife and I were almost done working with realtors, but came across Tori; and after interviewing her decided to take one more gamble. She maintained awesome communication with us and always went out of her way to show the house. She would even offer to be onsite at the house if we felt uncomfortable allowing strangers walk around our house unmonitored (unfortunately we had previous bad experiences with other realtors showing the house where they would track mud onto our carpets and even leave our doors unlocked when they left). As time passed, we did not get offers we liked by the time the contract came to an end; so my wife and I decided to take it off the market for a while. What separated Tori from the other realtors was when we informed her we would not resign a contract, she completely understood and was extremely supportive!!! We were blown away. This showed us that she only had our interests in mind and really cared about trying to assist with selling our house so we could move closer to family. For this reason, we decided to re-sign with her after 6 months of being off the market - shortly thereafter finding the perfect new family to buy the house! By this time my wife was 6 months pregnant with the holiday season around the corner. Her water broke on Christmas day with our son arriving the day after. We ended up closing on the house a week later - so you can imagine the stress we were going through with a newborn, the holidays, closing on a house, and moving down south. Luckily we had Tori by our side to stand up for our needs and support us every step of the way to closing, and even the weeks after!!! When it came to selling our house, we kind of put “the cart before the horse.” We had been casually searching for a new home, when, BAM, we found it, made an offer, and were under contract to buy it. Some of the items were like “half-done.” Tori gave us sound advice on what upgrades would be necessary, and which might not contribute in any real way to the sale of the house. She helped us prioritize and even put aside some of the improvements we thought would have been required, explaining how the new owners might like to pick some things out for themselves. Eureka! So, instead of putting in new carpeting in two bedrooms, we estimated the cost of the carpeting and made little signs telling people that they would get a credit at closing for replacing the carpet. Now we didn’t have to go through the hassle of moving the heavy bedroom furniture, and the new owners could envision the carpet they would like. It also saved us valuable time. It was such a simple solution, but we never would have considered it without Tori’s suggestion. Tori came to our house, helped us stage the rooms and took excellent pictures that showed all the best our home had to offer. She scheduled an open house for the following weekend and helped us prepare a binder of information for potential buyers. Our house was now on the market! But we wondered if the old carpet in our 30-year old house would still turn buyers off. Well, the answer was NO. We had an offer less than two weeks after Tori listed it. Tori is a skilled negotiator. Without going into details, I will tell you, she has a game plan that is well-informed and strategic. We trusted her to help us with our counter-offer process. And when it was all said and done, we trusted her even more. Everybody needs an agent like Tori in their corner. Mrs. Romeo is the best hands down! Her Knowledge of the homes she shows is unchallenged. If she doesnt know a home she researches it before showing it to a client. Her perspicacity and ministration of my situation goes beyond what fancy words and shiney smiles can explain. In short, a divorce from a man of 15yrs and he being a total touch-face caused me to be backed into a corner. He sicked his realtor agent on me, (whom was an old left in 1900's racist). and tried to push me into repurchasing the home we bought together. I called Mrs Romeo, advised her of the situation, and boy; I will say she has such a professional, diplomatic way of delivering information that it causes one to smile and have immediate confidence in her ability to bring quality service and knowledge to each client. Mrs Romeo introduced me to a young man who assisted me with cleaning up a couple things credit wise and obtaining some great credit score, that allowed me to gain a new purchase bracket. Mrs Romeo is also like a pitbull with a bone when it comes to her clients interest. She is always 4 steps ahead of your questions and I trusted her 100%. She did not disappointment me at all and I do mean at all. She bartered with the seller and was successful at every request I had before finalizing the purchase on my home. She assisted me in leaving a 960sq ft home, and moving into a 2010 sq ft home! She even continues to assist with neighborhood information, references to all of your home improvements needs/desires. I just cant say enough about this sweet, philanthropic,cognizant person whom has the most infectious smile and pleasant personality. She is perfect for this field and I would recommend her in two snaps, one wink and the second it takes to breathe in a heartbeat. I was completely impressed and satisfied with my experience with Mrs Romeo. I would advise anyone who is reluctant and afraid to purchase a home because of the sharks swimming out there; to definitely call this young woman, she may not be 6'0 tall but big things come in small packages so dont let the smooth taste fool you. I recently closed on my first house (ever) with Tori as my agent. Perhaps this review will seem a bit biased as I should reveal that she is also my cousin. However, if anything, I feel that working with your friends and family is that much more difficult than working with non friends/family. Tori did an amazing job for me, and I could not have done this without her. Working in the customer service industry, I know just how demanding (and impatient) clients can be. And I will honestly say, I was a tough client. I was/am a single homeowner and as I had n one else that the contract or the deed or the checks name were in, I wanted to know everything about each step of the process. Tori did an excellent job in not only explaining each step, but advising me on what each step entailed and reassuring me when things didn't happen immediately (as this impatient client would have liked them too!) Tori was not only available to me, and by my side each step of the way but she also was still a friend to me and was able to separate the friendship from the professional relationship. This is not an easy task to do as many of us know. Working with Tori was a great experience. Although I am a single homeowner, I never felt alone throughout this process as I knew Tori was there for me no matter what it was that was needed. My husband and I had known for a while that we wanted to upsize into a larger home. We thought about it, talked about it, and dreamed about it. We would look at houses online, but never saw the activity as more than a fantasy or fun way to pass some time. We just didn’t know where to start and were a little intimidated. Tori gave us the gentle, but firm, nudge we needed to take real steps toward finding our new home. She took the time to understand what we were (and weren’t) looking for in a home. Then, she immediately started researching homes and sent us emails with homes to consider. She even included additional details that she had collected, like market comparisons, and her own professional opinion on the properties’ pluses and minuses. Tori encouraged us to get off of the couch and actually visit houses to get a better feel for what we liked and didn’t like.
