Victoria Smartt

Victoria grew up just outside of Spokane. She attended SFCC and graduated from EWU with a Bachelor's Degree in English. In 2019, she bought her first housing using a First Time Homebuyer Program. After purchasing her own home, she decided she wanted to help others do the same, especially those who feel as though their dreams of homeownership will never become reality. Since being licensed, Victoria has taught numerous first time homebuyer classes around the city, and helped many families utilize first time homebuyer down payment assistance programs to purchase their first homes. She is always willing to go above and beyond for her clients and their families, and she firmly believes anyone can buy a house if they're just willing to try!
