Oh goodness, too many good things to say about Vida Wakeman. She is THE realtor to go with in the area. She treated me as her #1 priority. And as this was my first time buying a home, she held my hand (happily) through the entire process. I could not appreciate her guidance more. Vida was able to locate issues/concerns as we walked through each house, and the info she provided was very valuable. Not only was she great, but EVERY recommendation she gave was great. I ended up going with her insurance rep, lender, and inspection recommendations. Even though I shopped around, she REALLY knows her stuff, and her connections/recommendations could not be beat. Through the home buying process, her negotiation in offers and repairs was top notch. Vida is not only fantastic in every way that I have stated, but she is also a great human, and I was happy to have given her my business. Vida kept my best interests in mind, and made the process fun and easy. If you are looking to buy or sell, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Vida Wakeman.

Vida helped sell our house in Brentwood and did an outstanding job, during a difficult time in the market. She also helped us find two rentals when we were virtually homeless and no place to go. I cannot fully articulate what a wonderful experience we had selling our home with Vida. She had a contact for everything and everyone that I needed to get our house ready, and was more than happy to help facilitate it. She was extremely hands on in making sure our home presented its best and masterfully helped me manage selling our home with children and animals in tow. She was constantly available, very knowledgeable of the market and I knew that everything was handled in a way that served my family's bests interests. 10 out 10 I would recommend Vida to anyone looking to sell their home, especially if you have young children. Vida understands the importance of a nap schedule and the ever changing needs of families and was always accommodating to make this process as stress free and easy as possible

If you need to sell OR buy a home, I highly recommend Vida Wakeman. She knows her job; and the Lord knows we put her through the grinder! It can be most difficult to coordinate buying and selling a home; Vida can do it. She has been the best realtor I have ever had.

We decided to move to Nashville and Vida was recommended by our friends who live in East Nashville. Vida was exceptional in every way throughout our entire experience! One thing that really stood out for us was that Vida made sure that we found the house that was best for us. We found one that we made an offer on and went into escrow. Vida told us that she still wanted to show us a few more properties to make sure that we were 100% positive we picked the right house. She said it's her job to make sure we had seen everything that was available to us and to make sure we weren't leaving anything on the table. Well, Vida was right and we found an even better house for a better price! We wouldn't have found it without her pushing us to keep looking. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in Nashville. Vida is smart, clever and will always fight to get you the best deal.

What can I say about Vida? Ten out of ten, five stars, absolute rockstar. She was recommended to me by me best friend who also had an amazing buying experience with her and she did not disappoint. I'm a first time home buyer and new literally nothing about the process. She walked me through everything layman's terms that I could easily understand and set me up with an all-star team of lenders, insurance agents, appraisers, inspectors and much, much more. She smoothed out any bumps in the road along the way just as quickly as they could pop up. She was consistently dedicated and easy to reach. She's extremely knowledgeable in all matters that I had questions or concerns about and while lazering in on my specific housing needs, was also quick to point out other options that may have been of interest. The Nashville housing market in 2022 is absolutely savage and she somehow managed to find me an amazing home, under budget and in about a month of real searching. I cannot recommend her enough. She is a delight to work with and you will not regret choosing her as your agent. Simply the best.

Vida is certainly the best Realtor that we ever worked with. Our final search for a place to live came down to Mesa AZ or Nashville TN. We decided on Mesa because we have so many friends in the area, but we really hated not buying through Vida because she was so wonderful and so helpful and so patient with us when we looked at numerous properties near Nashville. In our lives we have moved a lot and have purchased upwards of twenty homes and even though we did not buy from Vida we can say without reservation that she was the best that we ever worked with. Vida is the best. She helped me find the perfect home and was there every step of the way. She worked around my hectic schedule that included a lot of last minute changes, and was constantly sending me new places to see if I wanted to see them, even when I was too busy to get online to look for homes myself. I have bought and sold property since the mid 80s and worked with some very good agents, but Vida was the best!!! We talked to her about listing the property on December 1. She advised us as to the needed make-ready which was done the first week of December, she listed it immediately, and sold it for the asking price that day. We closed on Dec 22. Vida went above and beyond anything you could expect from a professional. We had a very pressing timeline and were dependent on this sale happening to achieve what we needed for our family. Vida stepped in and told us what we needed to do to make it happen and get the best return for what we could do in the time we had. She was dead on. Our property was prepped, pictures taken, listed and under contract all over the course of one weekend. Incredible!!!!
