We received multiple showings the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Vijay's team incredible work. They brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers.

It's been a great experience working with Vijay and his team. They helped us to navigate through this crazy market. We had multiple wins along the process. Vijay and his team were always quick to respond and accommodate showings at short notice. This was very useful when houses were getting off the market on the same day of listing! We received honest feedback about the houses. Vijay also worked late nights to get the offer submitted in short notice. He works aggressively to get the house you want.

We have been sitting on this review for a month - trying to find the right words to thank Vijay and his team. We came to Vijay through friends who had a really great experience buying their first home. When we finally decided to buy a new home, Vijay was an obvious choice.
But we had no idea how much our decision actually influenced the final outcome. By the time we came to Vijay we had been through the grind of buying our first home and we thought we knew what the process entailed.
What we didn't understand is how big an influence your realtor has on the whole process.
When we started out we both had a list of must haves which evolved with our search. Vijay's team was patient in hearing us out, making sure they gave us the full picture and not rush us through any decisions. We started our hunt right when the market started taking off. The sticker price shock was quite real for us. We made a few offers, got rejected and almost gave up. Vijay was very patient in helping us walk through our offers - never pushing but always guiding in making our decisions.
When we found our next home, I wasn't as sure if we will get it with our offer. Vijay helped us restructure our offer which ultimately clinched the deal. He walked through our home twice after our offer was accepted, making sure he answered any lingering questions and making sure we were confident in our choice.
We love our new home and we could not have gotten here without Vijay and his team.
