Working with Vikki and her amazing team was the best decision we made when we decided to buy a home in a crazy seller’s market. Vikki and Stephanie were responsive, polite, had a great attitude, and never hesitated to help answer any and all questions we had. They stuck with us as our search area jumped around, and they were always able to work out showings for us. They knew as well as we did when we found the right home, and Vikki knew what it would take to get us into it! We are so happy and would definitely recommend the Willow Group to our friends and family!

After working with other realtors in the past several years, Vikki out-did them all. Responsive, listens, and an extremely hard worker! She gives a professional opinion but also listened to what I was looking for. It took us several months and several offers in the crazy Rutherford Cty market, but we were successful in the end. I also worked with Bridget in her group and both women were wonderful to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Vikki to anyone.

Words can't express how blessed we were to find Vikki. She's very intune with her clients. She finds out what your heart's desire is and goes above and beyond to find it. It was so much fun going out looking at houses with her. I call her my song bird. This is when she's focusing on our next move. Forget the rest, Vikki is the best!

Vikki walked us through the whole home buying process! We weren’t able to qualify for a loan at first but Vikki referred us to a lender that assisted us with credit repair which allowed us to get the financing we needed to buy our home. Vikki was there for us every step of the way! Not only was she our realtor but we also gained a new friend. Thank you Vikki!

Vikki helped us find our first home as well as went above and beyond during the whole process. She always responded to my emails within 1 business day or less and kept us updated on where we were in the process. We are so thankful to Vikki for her kindness and patience. Vikki was amazing. I am a first time homebuyer so there was so much that I didn't know about the whole process. Vikki was always patient and made sure to walk me through the whole process and explain everything. I felt very prepared once we got into the actual buying process. Vikki was always quick to respond and adjust her schedule to suite my needs. I am very grateful for all the hard work she did for me and for the way that she made the whole process move so smoothly! My husband and I have been through many realest a transactions both personally and professionally, we’ve worked with more realtors than we would have liked to on both the buying and selling sides. With that being said, Vikki Williams is hands down THE BEST we’ve ever worked with. It was just by luck that we were connected through Realtor.com, and in a day’s notice she lined up showings at a variety of properties and willingly devoted the entire day to driving any place I wanted to see, regardless of distance and how late in the evening it got. (I only had 1 day in town). She’s extremely professional and also very personable, the most genuine I’ve met, she honestly wants to find the perfect property for her clients, not just make a sale. Her responsiveness is off the charts, I don’t think she sleeps... she is so on top of it all. She is passionate and truly dedicated to her job, you can tell she loves it. You can not find anyone better in the business.
