Viktoria Green is the owner of Dervik Real Estate and is a seasoned real estate broker with over 19 years of experience, providing real estate services in North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, and Virginia. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) REALTOR® who has completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. As a CRS REALTOR®, she is among the top 3 percent of all real estate agents in the U.S., with more experience, education, and training than the average REALTOR®. Viktoria Green is a member of a community of agents dedicated to improving the real estate industry for homebuyers and sellers everywhere.

During her career, she was consistently a top producer, received numerous Multi-Million Dollar Agent awards, and awarded the Beyond Excellence Award for Outstanding Performance.
