Vince Padilla

Vince Obtained his Real Estate License in July of 2013. Although he is new to being a Realtor, he has over 20 years of developing, renovating and selling experience with commercial and residential properties. He was a principle partner in the development and renovation of the old Kalispell downtown hospital into the wonderful Eastside Brick Condos.

Vince also is passionate about helping others that are less fortunate. He travels to Central America for up to 6 months every year to do volunteer work in the local villages. He is bilingual and enjoys speaking Spanish to his clients.
He Also helps Expats and Investors find their retirement/investment properties in the tropical country of Nicaragua.
