Vincent Gualtieri

In the Real Estate business as a private investor, Vincent joined the team at Town & Country Real Estate in Thomaston CT as an agent after a 37 year federal career.Vincent A . Gualtieri III is Waterbury CT native and graduate of Hopeville School, Sacred Heart High School and the University of CT with a degree in Natural Resources Conservation. He worked with the US Department of Agriculture with the US Forest Service and the Soil Conservation service in California for three years. Vin then worked as a private real estate property manager and investor for eighteen years . He served as a youth softball and little league baseball coach, capturing a city championship. Vinnie has been an active member of many local organizations. He is a member of the Terryville Fish and Game club and served as Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus Terryville Council 1090. Vin has been a civil servant for over thirty seven years which includes seven years as a Park Ranger and twenty six as Manager of the Thomaston Dam/Northfield Brook /and Black Rock Lake Dams with the US Army Corps of Engineers. He has been involved in many emergency operations assignments which included missions following the Perfect Storm and Hurricane Katrina . He is on the Planning and Zoning Commission and Capital improvements committee in Plymouth CT. Services are provided for residential, commercial and land real estate . Vinnie enjoys outdoor activities including skiing, golf, fishing, camping, and gardening .
