I worked with Vince to buy my first home in the Summer of 2020 and sell it just recently at the beginning of 2024. Trying to buy a house during 2020 was absolutely crazy. Vince was very patient with me as we went to showing after showing for weeks! He stayed on top of all the new listings and made sure whatever houses we went to see matched what I was looking for. When we did find the house for me, he made the process of buying very smooth. Since it was my first time, I had a lot of questions and he answered them all! It was a very pleasant experience. A few years later, I wanted to sell the house so I reached back out to Vince. It was my first time selling a house. Again, Vince was patient and handled any hiccups that came up throughout the selling process. I moved out of state while selling. Vince made sure to keep me up to date and follow up with me even after the closing to make sure I didn't need anything additional. I will happily reach out to Vince again in the future as any real estate needs arise :) Thank you, Vince!

My wife and I purchased a new home and sold our current with Vince in February 2021. He was very open and honest during the entire process. He is responsive but not overly assertive. He got us a great offer on both properties. He knows the Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Huntley and LITH area very well.

I used Vince for both sides of a real estate transaction. I sat down with Vince a few months prior to listing my home. He gave me great advice on what to do to improve the value of the home. Once listed, the home sold within 2 days, even prior to the sign going up in the front yard. He then worked with me to purchase a property as well. Vince gave me good solid advice to negotiate the price. The transaction went as smooth as possible and he worked to eleviate any potential blocks to the transactions.
