Absolutely FABULOUS! We were buying our first home and had no idea about the process at all. Other agents wouldn't even answer simple questions and tried to hard sell right off the bat but not Violet. We never felt hurried or pressured. She answered all of our questions, was happy to use text and email (when other agents demanded to speak on the phone in order to turn up the presure) and walked us through the process in a friendly and kind way. She really knows her business and if we hadn't found her we may not be home owners today! I highly recommend Violet!!!

I am a first time home buyer; Violet took the time to find what I was looking forward, area, amenities, etc. She looked for and understands how important it is to get what you like, while at the same time education the buyer about certain details pertaining to property, locations and financing programs. I have known Violet for more then 20 years, and I know, no harder worker in the real estate game who represents her clients as she! She just sold another one of my investment properties, and she did so at the top of the tipping point of the market, and she got me $15,000 more then asking. The Girl is the PIT BULL of real estate! Violet is the BEST! Very professional, patient, caring and most importantly, trustworthy. We were looking for a house that seemed impossible to find and wanted to be moved in by spring. If your looking for a realtor, Violet is the one! She is absolutely the best. We looked for months for a house that fit me and that was in my price range. She was more than happy to see several different homes and her integrity is great! There were house that we walked into and she would have us turn around. She wanted only the best for me and she would not let me get stuck with one that would be a bigger issue in the end. She helped me out so much. I still can't belive how lucky I was to meet her! She is so honest, sweet and I could have not asked for a better realtor! Most realtors are in it for the money. Violet is in it because she loves helping people and creating relationships. She was my realtor at first but in the end she became my friend and I am so happy to know she will always be there for me! There is no question when it comes to choosing a realtor, Violet is the one!

Having Violet as my realtor was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her work ethic and her personality. Selling a house is very stressful, but Violet helped me every step of the way. She was always available to me, either through call or text. She was able to have my house under contract in three weeks!! Violet brings so many excellent things to the table when you buy or sell a home with her. I called her at 9am on a Thursday out of the blue and she had me inside my dream home at 11am for a tour. She moves lightening fast, is calculated in her thought process and actions with other agents and offers excellent support during a stressful process with loan and title companies. She makes herself available day and night for endless minutes or hours to meet your needs. I highly recommend her!!!

Violet is an amazing realtor. Our house was on the market for less than a week before we were under contract. Though we had a lengthy and difficult closing (due to unforeseen buyer situation) she fully kept us in the loop the entire time and worked so hard to speed things up. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we were terrified of the home-buying process. Violet was the perfect fit for us because she was patient, kind, and truly cared that we found a home that was a good fit for us. Violet is creative and showed us houses I never would have chosen but it helped us to figure out what we wanted in our home. Violet was always quick to respond to emails and was very professional throughout the entire process. As a former first time home buyer I would HIGHLY and I cannot say it enough HIGHLY recommend Violet.
