My wife and I met Mrs Virginia Bonamarte at an open house in Brookfield, CT. We were looking for a house in the Candlewood Lake area. After speaking with Mrs Bonamarte for sometime we decided to sign with her in the hope of finding the house of our dreams. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the marketplace, a responsible person and responsive to our many queries. She was able to assist us in maneuvering through a complicated and difficult Real Estate transaction with a minimum of stress. Knowing the market and its housing availability she was able chose a number of homes for viewing with our housing needs and price range in mind. After a period of viewing houses we found our dream house and have our agent Virginia Bonamarte to thank.

My husband and I used Virginia twice—to buy our house in CT several years ago and then to sell it last summer when we moved. Virginia was unfailingly professional and responsive both times. It took us a while to find our house, and she was patient as we looked at all our options. Four years later, we especially appreciated her expertise in quickly preparing our home for sale when we switched tracks from planning to rent it to deciding to sell. We followed her advice and had multiple offers above asking within days of going on the market. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and recommend her highly.
