A longtime resident of Flagstaff (since 1960) and a native born Arizonan, Ginny attended public school in Flagstaff and graduated from Northern Arizona University with an Associate and Master’s Degree in Education. Flagstaff is her home, and the people of Flagstaff are her family. Ginny is known by all to her attention to detail and to “Serve with Integrity”.

Ginny began her real estate career in 1974 when she purchased her first home on South Beaver St. for $28,000. When that transaction went smoothly, she thought she would do it full time so in 1979 obtained her real estate license and began her career in real estate. Since then, she has enjoyed helping people have a smooth transaction whether buying or selling their homes. She has been the owner/ broker of her own company and has extensive 37 years of knowledge of the real estate business.

Serving our Northern Arizona real estate professionals, Ginny served two terms as President of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® in 2006 and 2007 and prior to that held a Board of Directors position for a number of years.

In December of 2006, Ginny was presented the Distinguished Service Award by the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® which is presented to one REALTOR® each year for service, professionalism and dedication to the industry.
