Virginia is a lifelong New Jersey Resident, originally from Maplewood (Essex County) and moved to Chester Township (Morris County in 1991). She realized Morris County, rich in history, with a strong commitment to Farm Preservation, along with vast amount of parkland, and trails was the place to call home. Virginia has been a licensed Realtor since 1990, and she received her Brokers license in 2003. Building her business has been truly rewarding for the past 29 years. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, and REBAC. (Realtors Buyers Agent Council) She strongly believes in volunteering her time, which she does often at the NCJAR office in Morristown. Virginia is a subcommittee member on the the Morris County Community Development board, representing Chester Township, which is an appointment made by the mayor.
Continuing Education is a must for realtors in this fast-Changing Industry, she participates in many continuing education classes each year. She has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) the SHORT SALE/FORECLOSURE certification, the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and most recently the SRES (Senior real estate specialist) She takes pride in the Customer service she provides to her clients, both Sellers and Buyers. Virginia treats everyone as if they were her only clients, offering years of experience, Integrity, and most of all Honesty. She currently works at Re/Max Heritage Properties in the Chester, NJ location, as a Broker/Sales Associate. She provides cutting edge marketing, that no one else in the area provides.
