I’m a Washington State licensed broker with more than seven years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the dynamic markets of Snohomish and King County. Based out of the John L. Scott Everett office, I combine strong negotiation skills, deep local knowledge, and tech-forward marketing to deliver a smooth, informed experience at every step of the real estate journey. My business is intentionally broad so I can meet clients wherever life is taking them. I work with luxury and exceptional homes, new construction, condos and townhomes, land, vacation and second homes, as well as both first-time and repeat buyers and sellers. I’m also experienced with seniors and downsizing moves, and I understand how emotional and complex those transitions can be. Clients appreciate that I take the time to explain the process, use clear data to support pricing and strategy, and stay responsive so they never feel left in the dark.
Before real estate, I built a career as a corporate chef and in aerospace quality. That unique path taught me to blend creativity with precision: the hospitality mindset of anticipating needs and delivering memorable experiences, paired with the systems thinking, accountability, and attention to detail that aerospace demands. Today, those skills show up in the way I manage timelines, contracts, and negotiations—always protecting my clients’ best interests while keeping the process as stress-free as possible.

I’m also passionate about home design and DIY projects, the arts and live music, and staying active through sports and community volunteering.
