Looking for a house! Jay is a right guy to talk to. He is very good in communication and answering the calls, texts and emails. He gives very good advice and he will even help you out with all the home needs even after closing. Very professional and knowledgeable guy.

Recent purchases with the help of Jay were very excellent and with his help it was piece of cake.

Jay was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jay was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Mr. Dhindsa is a great person and my association with him has Been proving beneficial for me. He is pragmatic, has deep knowledge of the developable properties and is focusing on closing the deal as smoothly and painlessly as possible. As a Canadian investor he is really helping me to introduce with great tax professionals so I can easily invest in US . He has really great team of professionals who can help us to subdivide the property like wetland professionals,Storm water engineers and land surveyors and we went under contract couple times and in feasibility period he saved me with his team of professionals to get stuck in useless properties. Our experience with Jay was splendid. He was very thorough with his research and went out of his way to find us our dream home. After finding us a home that covered our whole wish list he was a great negotiator and got us the home for much less than we had anticipated. He was available at all times and was very fast to respond. Even after finding our home he was very resourceful. We needed maintenance to be done with our former home in an emergency situation and he found us someone within hours. He has also helped to provide us with excellent resources for our loan and for other work we needed around the home. Jay is very reliable, knowledgeable and has great connections.
