Vivian Alfred

Vivian Alfred has the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes. She is known in the industry for her relentless dedication and extraordinary results. She purchased her first home in Miami at the age of 21 years and is now an avid real estate investor. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes lead her to becoming a Realtor in 2014. She has built a reputation for outstanding service helping buyers and seller in Greater Miami and Upper Keys. Vivian's sales in 2020 were driven by repeat and referral business from the satisfied client network she had developed over the years.

Vivian started her working career working at local family run juice company, Lakewood Juices, in 1989 and worked her up the ladder becoming the President of the company. In 2013, she decided it was time to work for herself and she started a successful vacation rental property management business. She had several employees working with her, so she had plenty to time to work with real estate buyers and sellers. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic she was forced to close her business and is now exclusively servicing her real estate clients.

Growing up is South Florida, Vivian knows the area well. She went to Coral Gables Senior High School and has a Bachelor's degree from Florida International University in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami (It's all about The "U").

For fun Vivian and her husband Anthony enjoying visiting Napa's wine country. They are both wine snobs. They also enjoy escaping to the Florida Keys as often as possible.
