Prior to her career in real estate, Vivian spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry and held a prominent position as Director and Portfolio Manager within the Asset Management Division of a major financial services company in Princeton, New Jersey. She earned her undergraduate degree in Finance as well as a Masters of Business Administration.
