Vivian is a native Austinite and second generation Texan. She moved out of state with her family as a child. She returned to the Austin area with her family seven years ago. Before becoming a realtor, Vivian was a commercial insurance agent and broker. Vivian represents buyers and sellers of residential real estate. She also has experience in property management, investing, remodeling and renovation projects. These skills along with her knowledge of Austin's real estate market help her provide outstanding service that each buyer and seller deserves.
