Viv was a pleasure to work with. If you are planning on buying she will do whatever it takes to keep you happy. Relocating to New Jersey was a headache until we met her. This is the second time I have worked with Vivian when I tell you she is the best you will find to get you your forever home TRUST ME SHE IS!!!!
Viviana will work with you to make your desires a reality. Viviana is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Vivian was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did!
Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy got the 3rd time I will not hesitate to call Vivian.. We love and THANK HER!!!

Viviana is one of the nicest and most helpful people I think I may have ever met in my life. She was there for anything we needed. Viviana went above and beyond the calling of a realtor on numerous occasion for me. They only have up to 5 stars other wise I would rate MUCH higher. If your looking for a realtor she is most certainly the person your looking for. As long as she is in business myself and anyone i know will be going to her. This woman is AMAZING!!

As a first time homebuyer and relocating from another state, I really needed someone I can work with and trust. Viviana Mejia and I clicked instantly. She understood all my needs and was there anytime, day or night, to answer all my questions and concerns. As many of you may know, this was the toughest market to buy. We put many offers and my hopes of getting a home was low. It was a discouraging time but Viviana kept me positive and encouraged me not to give up. In less than a month of working with Viviana we had our offer accepted and just closed on our home. Vivian was very professional from our first conversation and was completely focused on my needs as a buyer and to protect my interests throughout the process to close. She is ethical with high moral standards and extremely responsive. Viviana helped me buy my first home and in the middle of Covid. She’s very knowledgeable, honest, and responsive.

I contacted her with questions, she connected me to a lender, lawyer, inspector and all needed services. She even contacted the township with questions when we she found out the seller was having an issues clearing the title. She was present for every meeting, every inspection and in closing. She guided us throughout the whole process. She treats each client as family.

Vivian was AMAZING! I met Vivian after a Zillow search and was matched with her. I was only briefly looking at houses as I still was indecisive about moving and selling my own home because I had just moved a year prior. Vivian never pressured me but instead suggested she may be able to give me a quote to see what I may be able to get for it. After quoting me a lot higher than I had imagined, again no pressure. She stayed in contact until we decided to sell. She brought booties and advised everyone entering my home to wear masks (COVID season). She took care of every detail and even offered to help me fill out paperwork and advise me where I needed to go to drop things off. Vivian answered every phone call, text, email in a timely and professional manor. She was readily available to show me homes and even put me into contact with lenders whom after speaking with I trust and see why she recommends. I had the most amazing experience and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. You will never meet a more honest and caring realtor. She went above and beyond for me and showed that she really cared about me and my family, we were not just customers! Thank you Vivian!!
