Vonnie always has your best interest in mind when picking out or selling a home. Per usual, she went above and beyond getting us into a new home. Our family has used her for buying and selling. One thing she doesn't advertise but is so knowledgeable on is contracts for FSBO. We used her to help us go through the process and all the paper work needed. Her attention to detail and thoughtful monitoring of realty practices is second to none. She was able to work with the buyers on discrepancies and tough conversations. In addition, she works fast, early and late, even holidays! She is our go to Realtor and well deserving of the praise she receives.
